Another misunderstood Parrot. I think it’s safe to say the majority of animals are mistreated but parrots, they live so long and because they are in cages I think they get the blunt of a lot of it.
This poor dude was told he was “boring and in love with a dog” and kind of “mean”.
Once we secured him, got him a cage that was not too small like the one he had been living in for the last 22 years, he has warmed up so well with the foster and so sweet.
So glad we were able to step in for this baby. He will be going to the vet for a check up soon just to make sure everything is good to go.
